I’m Dr. KellyRae, and I’m extremely passionate about all things related to mindset and how your mindset drives the existence of your life. I specifically like to help you understand the languaging of your inner critic……the one that holds you back, that causes you to doubt yourself…..and how to tame that rascal in order for you to create the life you want, and as a result you’ll be teaching our next generation of beautiful humans how to do the same very thing. I’m a mindset coach notably known as the inner critic tamer, a single mom who lives in Northern California, and a woman with a mission to serve.
